In this course, students will receive the knowledge, strategies, and skills required to teach and engage young learners. Students will learn about and practice lesson planning, language teaching strategies and assessment methods. Students will use games, songs, crafts and movement to create interesting activities for young learners. They will also have the unique opportunity to experience a practicum where they will observe and participate in a local daycare, pre-school or elementary classroom.
